There is hereby created a revolving fund, to be known and designated as the 'Special Transportation Revolving Fund,' which shall consist of all appropriations made for the purposes hereinafter designated and shall also include all proceeds resulting from the use and/or resale of pupil-transportation equipment purchased out of monies in said revolving fund. Said revolving fund shall be a continuing fund and shall be nonfiscal in character. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 9-110, eff. July 2, 1971.
