The building located in northeast Oklahoma City adjacent to the Department of Public Safety Building is hereby named, and shall be identified as the 'Robert R. Lester Law Enforcement Training Center.' The Center shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the Department of Public Safety. Added by Laws 1972, p. 617, H.J.R. No. 1040, § 1.
