The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall furnish to the Governor and the Legislature at the close of each fiscal year a statement showing the financial condition of the mailing service, and such other information regarding the mailing service as may be necessary for a proper understanding thereof. 1976 S.J.R.
