The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall cause a suitable marker to be placed on the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Building designating it as the 'Travis Leon Harris Building'. Added by Laws 1989, S.J.R. No. 22, p. 1655, § 2.
