Upon the effective date of this act the powers and duties conferred by the provisions of 74 O.S.1961, Sections 314 through 318 and Section 320, are hereby vested in the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Amended by Laws 1983, c. 333, § 28, emerg. eff. June 29, 1983.
