In this act, unless the context requires a different definition: 1. 'Carrier' means any common carrier registered and approved by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission;2. 'Employee' means any state officer or employee with the exception of elected officials;3. 'Permanent transfer' means a transfer in excess of twenty-one (21) weeks; and4. 'Household goods' means personal effects excluding automobiles, boats, trailers, other than a manufactured home which is the principal residence of the employee, animals or any other possession not normally considered as household goods.Laws 1972, c. 150, § 2, eff.
