Seven (7) years after the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority has begun operations, Oklahoma Futures shall review, analyze and evaluate the extent to which the Authority has achieved its statutory need and mission. The evaluation shall include, but not be limited to, an examination of quantifiable results of the Authority's programs and plans. Added by Laws 1987, c. 222, § 69, operative July 1, 1987.
