A. The Department of Agriculture shall provide for the publication and statewide distribution to the public of information regarding the Beginning Agricultural Producer Pool Program provided for in Section 2 of this act. B. The Department of Agriculture and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority may enter into interagency agreements necessary to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Beginning Agricultural Producer Pool Act.Added by Laws 1993, c. 233, § 4, eff.
