(a) As used in this act, 'sending agency' means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under this act. (b) As used in this act, 'receiving agency' means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under this act.Laws 1967, c. 341, § 2.
