A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury the State Employees DisabilityInsurance Reserve Fund. All appropriations, dividend payments, and investment income received pursuant to the provisions of the State Employees Disability Insurance Act, Section 1331 et seq. of this title, shall be deposited in the reserve fund. B. The monies in said reserve fund shall be invested by the State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board in the manner specified in Section 6 of this act. The Board shall have responsibility for management of the fund.C. Money payable to the claims administrator and all expenses in connection with the Disability Insurance Program shall be paid from the reserve fund.Added by Laws 1985, c. 203, § 110, operative July 1, 1985.
