The State Treasurer of Oklahoma shall be ex officio Treasurer of the Commission for all purposes of the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act. All official action taken by the Commission shall be taken through the adoption of appropriate resolutions. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 49, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
