All property controlled and operated by the Commission shall at all times be exempted from forced sale and nothing in this act shall authorize the sale of any property under any judgment rendered in any suit, and such sales are hereby prohibited. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 64, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
