All revenues collected or received by the Commission under the provisions hereof shall be held in a separate fund or funds and deposited in a bank or banks as the Commission may direct, from time to time, and need not be paid into the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Revolving Fund. All revenues shall be subjected to payment out of such fund or funds from time to time as the Commission may direct. Added by Laws 2005, c. 363, § 70, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
