The following agencies, boards, commissions, departments and institutions shall file a quarterly report with the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, showing the increase or decrease in employees employed by them during the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the filing of the report: 1. Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education;2. Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges; and3.
