As used in the Oklahoma Sunset Law: 1. 'Statutory entity' means any department, agency, commission, board or other regulatory instrumentality of state government enumerated in the Oklahoma Sunset Law; and2. 'Termination date' means the date provided for termination of legislative authority for the existence of a particular entity as provided for in this act.Added by Laws 1977, c. 9, § 2, emerg. eff.
