A. The Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations shall hold meetings as it deems necessary. The Committee may hold public hearings from time to time on matters within its purview. B. Each officer, board, commission, council, department, or agency of state government, and each political subdivision of the state, shall cooperate with the Committee in carrying out the functions and duties imposed by this act.C. The House of Representatives and Senate shall provide the Committee with the staff assistance necessary for the Committee to perform its functions.Added by Laws 1987, c. 203, § 66, operative July 1, 1987.
