A. Except as provided for in subsection B of this section, all programs and divisions of the Department of Economic and Community Affairs not specifically transferred pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. B. The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Program shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth.Added by Laws 1986, c. 207, § 8, operative July 1, 1986.
