The Oklahoma Public and Private Facilities and Infrastructure Act does not alter the eminent domain laws of this state or grant the power of eminent domain to any person who is not expressly granted that power under other state law. Added by Laws 2017, c. 251, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2017.
