As used in this act, and except as provided in Section 6 of this act: (a) The words 'official bond' shall mean any bond which is required to be furnished by or for any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma or of any department, board, commission, institution, or agency thereof; by any statute or any valid rule, regulation, requirement or order of any State officer, department, board, commission, institution or agency; in connection with the qualification or official duties, or any part thereof, of any such officer or employee.(b) The words 'officer or employee' shall mean any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma or of any department, board, commission, institution, or agency thereof.Laws 1953, p. 423, § 1.
