RELATION TO OTHER LAW AND LITIGATION The Red River Boundary Compact does not affect:1. The Red River Compact, the text of which is set out in Section 1431 of Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes;2. The riparian rights, if any, of adjacent landowners to access and use the waters of the Red River; or3.
