There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be designated the 'Hissom Memorial Treatment Center Surplus Fund'. The fund shall be subject to legislative appropriation and shall consist of all monies deposited into the fund by law. Added by Laws 1997, c. 292, § 3, eff. July 1, 1997.
