A. Sections 840-1.1 through 840-6.9 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Oklahoma Personnel Act'. B. All statutes hereinafter enacted and codified within Sections 840-1.1 through 840-6.9 of this title shall be part of the Oklahoma Personnel Act.Added by Laws 1982, c. 338, § 1, eff. July 1, 1982.
