A. The internal administrative organization of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be determined by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services in such a manner as to promote the efficient and effective enforcement of this act. B. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services may employ attorneys, accountants and other personnel as the Director deems necessary to carry out the duties imposed upon the Office.Added by Laws 1982, c. 338, § 6, eff.
