The Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program shall be a program of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is authorized to hire a Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program Administrator to administer the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program. The Administrator shall hold a bachelor's degree or higher degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or engineering and shall have previous experience as a surety underwriter.
