The office is hereby authorized to conduct the Client Assistance Program for theState of Oklahoma under the terms of Section 112 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended as long as federal funds are available. The office is authorized to pursue legal and administrative remedies necessary to operate this program. Added by Laws 1986, c. 169, § 4, operative July 1, 1986.
