Each candidate committee shall file a Continuing Report of Contributions for any contributions accepted from any person in excess of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in the aggregate: (1) after the last day of the primary election pre-election reporting period and ending two (2) days before the primary election;(2) after the last day of the runoff primary election pre-election reporting period and ending two (2) days before the runoff primary election and(3) after the last day of the general election pre-election reporting period and ending two (2) days before the general election.For purposes of this section, 'accepted' means that a contribution has been placed in a campaign depository or that an in-kind contribution has been used in the campaign. A Continuing Report of Contributions shall be filed with the Commission within twenty-four (24) hours after the contribution is accepted and shall contain the name, address and occupation and employer of any person other than a political action committee making a contribution, the amount of the contribution and the date it was made and the name of a political action committee making a contribution, the amount of the contribution and the
