A. This section and Sections 250.1 through 323 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Administrative Procedures Act'. B. All statutes hereinafter enacted and codified as part of the Administrative Procedures Act shall be considered and deemed part of the Administrative Procedures Act.Added by Laws 1987, c. 207, § 1.
