A. Upon the request of the Secretary, the Office of the Attorney General shall provide such legal assistance to the Office as is necessary to implement the provisions of Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act. B. The Attorney General shall prepare and provide for the publication and distribution to the agencies, a pamphlet or information sheet as to the procedures required by the Administrative Procedures Act for the adoption, review, and promulgation of rules.Added by Laws 1987, c. 207, § 10.
