A. An owner, lessee or occupant of real property or any structures or improvements thereto owes no duty of care to keep the premises safe for entry or use by others or to give any warning of a dangerous condition, use, structure or activity if the entry or use by another person is unauthorized or is for the purpose of committing a criminal act. B. The provisions of subsection A of this section provide immunity from civil liability for simple negligence but do not provide immunity for willful, wanton or malicious acts of negligence or for gross negligence.Added by Laws 2004, c. 368, § 33, eff.
