There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the purpose of paying claims approved under this act to be designated the Good Samaritan Revolving Fund. The fund shall be administered in accordance with standard revolving fund procedures. Added by Laws 1980, c. 344, § 4, eff. Oct. 1, 1980.
