§ 78.94

The Uniform Trade Secrets Act shall not be construed to apply: 1. to a misappropriation occurring prior to the effective date of this act; or2. with respect to a continuing misappropriation that began prior to the effective date of this act, to the continuing misappropriation that occurs after the effective date of this act.Added by Laws 1986, c. 85, § 10, eff.
