That the waters of Grand River in Oklahoma and the Pensacola and Markham Ferry Reservoirs, located thereon, be and are hereby determined and declared to be non-navigable and waters of the State of Oklahoma. Laws 1963, p. 759, H.J.R.No.548, § 1.
