In any proceeding for the enforcement of a claim for compensation, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that: 1. The Commission has jurisdiction;2. Sufficient notice was given; and3. The injury was not occasioned by the willful intention of the injured employee to bring about the injury to himself or herself or another.Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 74, eff. Feb. 1, 2014.
