The Workers' Compensation Commission may require any employer to make a deposit or bond with the Commission to secure the prompt and convenient payment of compensation, and payments shall be made on judgment of the Commission. Added by Laws 2013, c. 208, § 90, eff. Feb. 1, 2014.
