As used in ORS 1.194 to 1.200:\n(1) 'Payment' means an amount of money voluntarily paid by a debtor or an amount of money involuntarily paid by a debtor through offset or garnishment.\n(2) 'State court' means a circuit court, the Oregon Tax Court, the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court.
