(1) The administrator may provide support enforcement services as described in ORS 25.080 only if support rights have been assigned to the state or if a person has provided a written application to the administrator that:\n(a) Is signed by the person; and\n(b) Indicates that the person is applying for child support services.\n(2) Any support judgment that provides for payment to the Department of Justice under ORS 25.020 may have an application incorporated in the judgment.
