As used in ORS 25.575 to 25.577:\n(1) 'Adjudicated youth' has the meaning given that term in ORS 419A.004.\n(2) 'Administrator' has the meaning given that term in ORS 25.010.\n(3) 'Court' means the juvenile court or the circuit court.\n(4) 'Director' means the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority.\n(5) 'Youth authority' means the Oregon Youth Authority.
