(1) Actions at law in justice courts shall be commenced and prosecuted to final determination and judgment enforced therein, in the manner provided for similar actions in the circuit courts, except as in this chapter otherwise provided.\n(2) All disbursements shall in all cases be allowed the prevailing party.
