(1) If the Secretary of State denies a corporation’s application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, the Secretary of State shall give written notice to the corporation that explains the reason or reasons for denial.\n(2) The corporation may appeal the denial of reinstatement pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183.
