(1) All or part of this chapter may be amended or repealed at any time and all domestic and foreign limited liability companies subject to this chapter shall be governed by the amendment or repeal.\n(2) The amendment or repeal of a statute in this chapter does not affect:\n(a) The operation of the statute or any action taken under the statute before its amendment or repeal.\n(b) Any ratification, right, remedy, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the statute before its amendment or repeal.\n(c) Any violation of the statute, or any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred because of the violation, before its amendment or repeal.\n(d) Any proceeding, reorganization or dissolution commenced under the statute before its amendment or repeal. The proceeding, reorganization or dissolution may be completed in accordance with the statute as if it had not been amended or repealed. [2001 c.315 §50]
