(1) Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state both:\n(a) A registered agent, who must be:\n(A) An individual who resides in this state;\n(B) A corporation, domestic business corporation, domestic limited liability company or domestic professional corporation with an office in this state; or\n(C) A foreign corporation, foreign business corporation, foreign limited liability company or foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state with an office in this state; and\n(b) A registered office of the corporation, which must be the residence or office address of the registered agent.\n(2) A registered office under this section must be located at a physical street address where process may be personally served on the registered agent.
