§ 65.721

Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall continuously maintain in this state both:\n(1) A registered agent, who shall be:\n(a) An individual who resides in this state;\n(b) A corporation, domestic business corporation, domestic limited liability company or domestic professional corporation with an office in this state; or\n(c) A foreign nonprofit corporation, foreign business corporation, foreign limited liability company or foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state with an office in this state; and\n(2) A registered office of the foreign corporation, which shall be the address, including street and number, of the residence or office of the registered agent.
