As used in ORS 83.875, 83.880, 83.890 and 83.895:\n(1) 'Goods' has the meaning for that term provided in ORS 83.010.\n(2) 'Motor vehicles' means a motor vehicle as defined in ORS 83.510, purchased primarily for personal, family or household purposes and not primarily for business or commercial purposes.\n(3) 'Retail charge agreement' has the meaning for that term provided by ORS 83.010, and includes a revolving charge agreement or charge agreement.\n(4) 'Retail installment contract' or 'contract' means a retail installment contract for the sale of motor vehicles, goods or services.\n(5) 'Seller' includes a motor vehicle dealer as defined in ORS 83.510.\n(6) 'Services' has the meaning given that term in ORS 83.010.
