A mortgage banker or mortgage broker shall not use or cause to be published any advertisement that:\n(1) Contains any false, misleading or deceptive statement or representation; or\n(2) Identifies the mortgage banker or mortgage broker by any name other than the name listed on the license issued by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or an assumed business name registered under ORS chapter 648.
