(1) Each agency or body authorized to approve subdivision or partition plats under ORS 92.040 shall have the same review and approval authority over any proposed replat of a recorded plat.\n(2) Nothing in this section regarding replatting shall be construed to allow subdividing or partitioning of land without complying with all the applicable provisions of this chapter.
