(1) In addition to any other penalties provided by law, the Real Estate Commissioner may impose a civil penalty for violation of the provisions of ORS 92.305 to 92.495. No civil penalty shall exceed $1,000 per violation.\n(2) Civil penalties under this section shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745.
