(1) An individual may transfer property to one or more designated beneficiaries effective at the transferor’s death by a transfer on death deed.\n(2) The individual may designate one or more:\n(a) Primary beneficiaries; and\n(b) Alternate beneficiaries who take the property only if none of the primary beneficiaries is qualified or survives the transferor.
