(1) The first written agreement for the sale of a timeshare to a purchaser signed by the purchaser shall contain, either upon the first page of the agreement or on a separate sheet attached to the first page, the following notice in at least 8-point type:\n______________________________________________________________________________\nNOTICE TO PURCHASER\nBY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE INCURRING A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE A TIMESHARE.
