The deed of a unit shall contain:\n(1) The name of the property, and the recording index numbers and date of recording of the declaration and in the case of a staged or flexible condominium, the applicable supplemental declaration or declaration amendment.\n(2) The unit designation of the unit.\n(3) Any further details the grantor and grantee may consider desirable.
