The receivership authorized pursuant to the terms of ORS 105.420 to 105.455 shall terminate only by an order of the court after a showing by an interested party or the receiver that:\n(1) The abatement has been completed;\n(2) The costs and obligations incurred due to the abatement have been paid by an interested party or a lien has been filed pursuant to ORS 105.440; and\n(3) The interested party will manage the property in conformance with applicable housing codes.
